Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information AxomiyaTools (https://axomiyatools.in) collects and how it is used. The site is operated by AxomiyaTools, Assam, India. You can use every tool on this site without creating an account.

Information we collect

Text you translate

When you use the translator, the text you enter is sent to our server and then to Google Cloud Translation to produce the translation. To make the tool faster and keep costs low, we store the original text and its translation in our database so the same request can be answered again without calling Google. Stored translations are not linked to your identity. Please do not enter passwords, ID numbers, phone numbers or other personal or confidential information.

Technical data

To prevent abuse, we use a one-way hashed (scrambled) version of your IP address to limit how many translation requests can be made in a short time. We do not store your IP address in readable form. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and reliability.

Games

Game progress, your chosen player name and a random player ID are saved in your browser’s local storage on your own device. When you play in a shared room, your player name and your moves (or, for Sudoku, your progress and finish time) are sent in real time to the other players in that room through Supabase Realtime. This information is not stored in our database and is only shared with people who have the room link.

Contact emails

If you email us, we receive your email address and message and use them only to reply to you.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (for example, which pages are popular). Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type. Advertising

We may show advertisements served by Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites. • Netlify – website hosting
• Supabase – database for the translation cache and usage limits, and live game rooms
• Google Cloud Translation – machine translation
• Google Analytics – visitor statistics

These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy policies. We do not sell your personal information.

Sister sites

We link to our sister sites AssameseCalendar.online and MyXopun (myxopun.online). They have their own privacy policies, which apply when you visit them.

Children

This site is meant for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your choices and rights

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you would like us to delete a translation you entered or have any privacy question, contact us at spektrohq@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time, in line with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed.
